Order of the Arrow Fall Induction

Congatulations! You have been elected by your Scouting peers to be in the Order of the Arrow, which is Scoutings National Honors Society. The Induction process in the Order of the Arrow is at the heart of our Brotherhood. The Induction adventure begins with the election by your unit's peers, continues with the Ordeal, and ends when an Arrowman becomes a Brotherhood member. The experiences and ceremonies that accompany the Induction process are grounded in the purpose and mission of the Order of the Arrow and are designed to support and enhance the mission of the Boy Scouts of America.
