Klondike Derby

The Mountain West Council is hosting two Klondike Derbys for the 2025 year.

Janurary 31-February 2, 2025 | Fee is $17.00 includes facility fees, Saturday lunch, prizes and a patch.

Klondike Derbys are for Scouts BSA and Venturing age youth. But, the Arrow Of Light (AOL) can participate on Saturday February 1, 2025.  AOL patrols may use their own sleds just like the Scouts BSA youth; however, the AOL patrols will compete against each other. Check-in time for AOL patrols is 10am.  AOLs will use the same Klondike Leaders Guide. 

• Owyhee / Tapawingo Districts: New location at Adams County Fairgrounds, Council, ID
• Snake River District: Diamond Field Jack Campground, Rock Creek Rd Cassia County, Idaho

Both Klondike Derbys have similar programs that are open to anyone across the Mountain West Council, although it it's recommended to choose the Klondike Derby that is closest to you geographically.
