Take your Youth Conference experience to the next level at Camp Morrison or The Bradley Scout Reservation! Our facilities provide a spectacular outdoor experience as well as a safe place for your group to put on a camping experience that might include opportunities for Spiritual Learning, Service & Outdoor Activities as well as Personal Development.

Your youth (and adults) will have the perfect venue for an adventure they will never forget!

You can provide your own program and have full use of the kitchen and shower facilities.  The kitchen, cooking, meals, and mealtimes, COVID protocols (if any) must be shared and coordinated prior to camp among the groups at camp during the three; or four-day event. 


There is a non-refundable group deposit required to secure your reservation. $250.00 per group will save your preferred date. Full payment for your event is due 45 days prior to your event. A $15 per person fee will be assessed after there 45 day prior to camp deadline.

The Proof of Insurance upload and Organizational Hold-Harmless and Indemnity Agreement must also be received by the Mountain West Council 45 days prior to your event (see links below).


The cost for Camp Morrison will be $750/group minimum; for The Bradley Scout Reservation the cost will be $500/group.  As an example, for a 3-day camp, once you have 21 people attending you’ve met the Camp Morrison minimum of $750 and then it’s just a per person rate. If multiple groups want to attend the same session, they can be treated as the same group with regard to the minimum fee, however a deposit is needed for each individual group. 

The maximum amount of fees collected will not exceed $5,000 per group regardless of the number of participants.  The maximum number of participants at the camps in any session must not exceed 600.


3-Day Monday Morning – Wednesday Youth Conferences are available for just $35 per person for groups over 142 + 6% sales tax (Adults same fee) for the 3-Days. Minimum camp group cost must be met. 

4-Day Wednesday Afternoon – Saturday Youth Conferences are available for just $45 per person for groups over 111 + 6% sales tax (Adults same fee) for the 4-Days. Minimum camp group cost must be met.
