The Order of the Arrow (OA) Tukarica Lodge Executive Committee (LEC) meeting is the monthly gathering of the lodge's primary youth and adult leadership to plan and manage the lodge's activities, events, and business, ensuring it effectively supports Scouting units with service, training, and fellowship. These meetings discuss everything from inductions (Ordeals) and service projects to finances and communication, acting as the steering committee for the local OA lodge's operations.

All lodge youth and adult members are welcome to attend.
