The Venturing Officers' Association (VOA) supports and promotes the Venturing and Sea Scout programs of the Mountain West Council by:

• Providing training: The VOA offers training for Venturers and Advisors. 
• Creating programming: The VOA creates programming for crews and ships tond hosts events for Venturing crew and Sea Scouts.
• Sharing best practices: The VOA models best practices for local crews and ships by sharing best practices and activity ideas.
• Building networks: The VOA provides opportunities for Venturers to meet other Venturers, build friendships, and learn from their experiences. 

The group of council Venturing Officers meet on the 3rd Thursday of every month starting at 7pm.
We meet in person or via Zoom.
