Fall Commissioner Impact Session

Join us in the rugged Pacific Northwest and see the vibrant fall foliage in the town known as “City of Trees.” Home of Frank Church-River of No Return, see the second largest Wilderness in the National Wilderness Preservation System. Come early or stay later to have your own fall adventure near the Snake River and Salmon-Challis National Forest!

ALL ARE INVITED to attend the October 18, 2025 Fall Commissioner Impact Session being held at the Mountain West Council’s Boise Scout Service Center, 8901 W Franklin Road, Boise, ID 83709.

Conference Fee: $50 (includes breakfast, lunch, materials, recognition, facilities). Travel and Lodging are NOT included.

For those arriving Friday, we are invited to attend a 6pm reception being hosted at the Lou Alasso Scouting Heritage Center located at the Boise Scout Service Center. Please RSVP if you will be attending.

At this Commissioner Impact Session, you will have opportunities to join with others, including members of the National Commissioner Service Team, to collaborate on and explore new ways to increase your impact on Scouting! You will learn how to have the highest impact on unit service through networking, empowering, addressing challenges, and sharing of best practices. The more you know, the more you grow into being the single best resource.

Lodging must be arranged by each conference attendee. There are a number of hotels within a few miles of the Mountain West Council Service Center. We have NOT reserved any room blocks for this event. Here are a few nearby hotels:
